Dieswitch®

Development at Extrufood never stops. These days, for instance, our focus lies heavily on the creation of unique colour changes within a single strand. The new Dieswitch®, in addition to the Diemix® has made this a reality. Individually colored strands can now be easily switched during the extrusion process. This makes it possible to change the colors of each individual strand per switch.

Apart from the many available color and shape combinations, the Dieswitch® provides additional effects such as sun downer and natural color ripening. Crucially, This development has resulted in an enormous boost to the industry due to a multitude of exciting, new combinations, higher production volume per line, and greater overall flexibility and efficiency!
